All OZIGRIP holds are made to order. They are carefully handcrafted, made just for you!
Because of this, the processing time is typically 1-7 business days. Add 1-7 business days to the approximate delivery time below for a guide as to when you will receive your handmade OZIGRIP product.
Dispatch times for all stocked items is up to 7 business days. 

DELIVERY COST
OZIGRIP use AusPost and Transdirect to send packages.
Australia - Flat rate $5 shipping. Note, flat rate does not apply to some items and locations, in this case postage is calculated at the checkout. 
Rest of the world - shipping costs are calculated at checkout, simply add desired products to your shopping cart and head to checkout. Enter your delivery address and the cost will be automatically calculated.

RETURNS
OZIGRIP follows the Australian Consumer Law. OZIGRIP does not offer returns for change of mind, please choose wisely. 

DELIVERY FAILURE
If the postal service notifies us of failure to deliver we will refund the order amount (minus shipping costs, this applies for free shipping offers also). These will be assessed on a case by case basis though scenarios may include - an inability to deliver due to: delivery address being entered incorrectly by customer, package not collected before deadline when parcel collection card is left ect.
