DELIVERY FAILURE
If the postal service notifies us of failure to deliver we will refund the order amount (minus shipping costs, this applies for free shipping offers also). These will be assessed on a case by case basis though scenarios may include - an inability to deliver due to: delivery address being entered incorrectly by customer, package not collected before deadline when parcel collection card is left ect.
